Inauguration of the Operational Command Academy (OCA)

Défense Conseil International (DCI) is pleased to invite you to the inaugural demonstration of the Operational Command Academy (OCA) on Thursday, October 9, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Centre Expert du Commandement Interarmées (CECIA / Joint Command Expert Center – Ecole Militaire – Paris) .

Established with the support of the Ministry of the Armed Forces and in partnership with the leading French providers of technological solutions for planning, decision-making and operations command and control, the OCA offers training, exercise, and experimentation solutions to the French armed forces and their allies and partners in the field of operations command.
