EU & NATO projects

Défense Conseil International (DCI), founded in 1972, is a service company specializing in consultancy, operational training, and in-service support. The French State is among its principal shareholders, and the Minister of the Armed Forces plays a leading role in its governance. DCI designs and delivers tailored defense solutions worldwide, serving more than 50 countries, the European Union, and NATO, including over 20 of their respective member nations and states.
Mandated by the French armed forces to transfer their operational know-how to international partners, DCI provides training aligned with NATO standards and actively contributes to strengthening armed forces interoperability. These operational, academic, and maintenance training programs are delivered either at its 24 centers located within or near French military training sites, or through the deployment of its teams and training resources directly to partner countries.
Accredited as “pillar assessed” by the European Commission in 2023, and serving as a NATO executing agent since 2025, DCI implements projects funded by the European Union and NATO. It stands out for its ability to manage complex and sensitive programs, maintaining a high level of excellence in innovation and the protection of classified information.
