    1. Our Vision: The Digital Frontier

    Today, national borders are no longer limited to geographical boundaries; they extend deep into cyberspace. Whether residing in the Cloud, within Forward Operational Bases, or held by forces on operations maneuvering ultra-connected weaponry, these areas demand absolute protection. France anticipated this new battlefield as early as 2017 by establishing a dedicated Cyber Defense Command (COMCYBER).

    DCI transfers French military operational expertise to build the resilience of its partner nations:

    • Specialized Training and Curricula: From digital forensics to defensive cyber warfare, covering every level from technical execution to strategic decision-making.
    • Operational Readiness: Design and management of major crisis exercises based on realistic scenarios (Cyber Range) to enhance unit responsiveness.
    • Engineering and Platforms: Provision of cutting-edge technologies (traffic generators, evaluation tools) for high-level training and simulation.
    • Consulting & Capability Building: Definition of operational doctrines, project management support, and the development/oversight of cyber academies and training centers.

     

    1. Global Operator: As a trusted partner, DCI serves as an official operator for NATO and the European Union under the European Peace Facility (EPF) assistance measures.

Through specialized training and operational drills, DCI actively supports the export of the French cyber ecosystem, ensuring partner nations have access to sovereign and combat-proven defense solutions.
