    1. Description of the contract 

    Supply of airborne ISR service.

    Participation in the tender is open to legal entities.

    5. Situations of exclusion

    To be accepted, the offers must be accompanied by or comply with the following elements:

    • Signed Non disclosure agreement
    • Completed and signed due diligences questionnaire
    • Certificate of non-admission to receivership proceedings
    • Civil liability insurance certificate
    • Confirmation of no presence on EU sanctions list
    • Certificate of vigilance issued by the collection agency
    • Acceptance of the draft contract (Appendix 6.5) including any reservations in accordance with article 5.2 above
    • Completed and signed Unit Price Schedule
    • Declaration by the bidder concerning its capacity to apply for an export license, and list of equipment (with references) that could be subject to this export license.
    • Products and services from CML countries (unless specific exemption is requested)
    • Dated and signed by any person with authority to submit the tender
    • Demonstration of technical, professional and financial capacity (cf. documents required by the specifications in article 5.3 and in the index of required documents).

    11. Task Implementation Period 

    The Contract shall come into force on the date of its signature by the last party. It will remain in force until the full fulfillment of all of the contractor’s obligations.

    • Relevance of changes proposed to the draft contract and the attached general and special terms and conditions (Annex 6.5)

    • Overall amount of the offer
    • Understanding the mission: matching the response to the specifications (including Annex 6.6)

    • Proposed methodology / schedule
    • Maximum monthly flight hour capacity
    • Capability to use data from aircraft sensors
    • Capability to integrate optional extras
